Booking Terms & Conditions

Trips aboard Raptor Boating are subject to weather and sea conditions. Our trips and routes vary according to weather and tidal conditions and will be adjusted for the comfort of the tour. Our trips are planned with prior consultation to weather and sea forecasts.  In the interest of safety and enjoyment we will cancel should conditions be unsuitable.  Wind strength and swell height are predominantly the determining factors in making a decision. 

 

Cancellation & refund policy

In the event of a trip cancellation due to poor weather or insufficient numbers a full refund will be issued.

 

We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible, however, occasionally, short notice cancellations are unavoidable.

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking a full refund will be issued provided we receive a minimum 24 hours notice.  If you give less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right not to refund unless we are able to re-sell your seats.

 

Departure times & late arrivals

In the event of late arrivals we reserve the right to maintain our advertised departure time and leave without you.  In this event we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

 

Children 

Children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

 

Wildlife 

We cannot guarantee sightings of any particular wildlife species - no two trips are the same.

 

Personal belongings

Personal effects (including cameras, mobile phones and other personal belongings) are carried at your own risk.
